The work I have choosen is my own house, which receives the name of “Casa Millet”, name selected by the arquitect because he found our surname artistic.

Deffinition of the project:

The problem of double height is very common in the urbanization of Benagolf, since the views you want to obtain are with north orientation towards the golf club, but the spaces also have to be oriented to the south. hence both the living room and the kitchen face both sides.

The living room is located in the middle between the bedrooms and the kitchen. the suite of the marriage is located on the middle floor, upstairs three bedrooms for the children. The facade is also typical of PERRETTA solutions, with the slabs marked in white monolayer and the interior cloths in glass or treated wood.

There are more than 3 aspects that caughts my attention, but I will talk about my three favourites.

The first one is its location, it is placed in a very beautifull and peaceful neighbourhood, the climate in this zone makes it also wonderful in summer it is hot enough for having a bath and in winter the temperature is perfect for watchin a movie in the sofa with a blanket.

Annother thing that surprises me is how its double height is made, which allows you to difference two areas, the resting one and the playing one.

Finally, the views are awesome. The directions in the windows of the rooms of the house allows you to have almost a 360 view.
